Creativity and Ignorance

An open mind is the key to creatively solving problems.

If someone thinks they know it all, they are ignorant.

It is a mistake to give excess credit to ideas, based on the importance of the people who argue for them, while ignoring the ideas of people who don't have the right credentials.

No one has a corner on truth or ignorance.

No one is dumb about everything or smart about everything.

It is dumb to ignore those who have different views, ideas, facts, and plans without understanding why what they say and do makes sense to them.
